I also have appeared as an expert on diversity, dialogue, inclusion, and organizational change for geneal public, professional practitioner, and acadmic audiences.

Facilitation and Moderation

• I frequently serve as a facilitator or moderator in situations where the topic is not necessarily on diversity, but in which meeting planners want someone who is experienced managing the complexities of making a public event dynamic, engaging, and headed toward a positive conclusion. Some of the meetings I have moderated have been attended by several thousand people.

Meeting and Conference Design

• On many occasions, I have been engaged to help an organization ensure that the structure of a conference makes the best connection between the perspectives of the audience and the objectives of the conference convenors. In many instances, the confeecen topic was not about diversity per se, but the client engaged me because I made their conference more engaging and with a clear set of practical outcomes.

Medium and Long Term Consulting

• I have been an organizational consultant for many years, and have helped numerous organizations face the challenges of a changing marketplace and a never-static community landscape.
